Brian Alvarez

Vice President, Partner

Brian was a scholar-athlete at the University of Dayton, where he earned a dual major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing while serving as captain of the NCAA Division I soccer team. Recognized throughout his career for leadership in sales management and business development, Brian is known for driving growth and innovation while maintaining a client-first commitment to excellence.

His career began at Humanscale as a Government Sales Consultant before moving into the role of Government Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Kimball. He later spent seven years with the largest furniture dealer in the Mid-Atlantic, spearheading expansion initiatives and elevating the client experience.

Today, as Vice President and Partner, Brian leverages this deep industry expertise to strengthen the company’s position as a leader in furniture, storage, and demountable wall installations. His strategic vision and dynamic leadership style help navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving market while ensuring every project is delivered with precision and reliability.

Brian is deeply engaged in the business community. He is an active member of organizations such as CoreNet, CREBA, JDRF, LFVA, ALA, and FRPA. His ability to build lasting relationships — whether with clients, partners, or within the community — reflects his dedication to driving meaningful impact both inside and outside the industry.
